URLs, mount paths, and LAN host bindings parameterized via env or relative paths so the repo stands up from a clean clone anywhere. Drop cross-codebase refs ("mirrors clawdforge's pattern"), Sulkta-Coop client/merchant test fixtures, and audit-changelog scaffolding from comments.
