* De-duplicate sonar job in the CI

* Remove workaround for `src/*/kotlin` folders

* Downgrade the sonarqube plugin version

* Try increasing workers for this job, since it's quite slow

* Warn about regression in latest sonarqube release

* Forbid backups to prevent cryptographic issues
