Unify the way we decide whether a room is a DM or a group room (#3100) 
* Add centralised 'room is DM' check

Also add extension functions for `MatrixRoom` and `MatrixRoomInfo`.

* Use the centralised method and extension functions through the app, including:

- Room list.
- Room details screen.
- Invites.
- Notifications.

Replace most `isDirect` usages with `isDm`.

* Update screenshots

f421f94639 Fix session verification incorrectly displaying as 'not verified' when the user opened the app with no network connection. 
It turns out `encryptionService.verificationState()` runs a network request that will cause a deadlock when it fails.

Also fixed another deadlock that caused the screen to remain blank sometimes after logging in, because DataStore got stuck when checking the `skipVerification` state for some reason I don't fully understand.

Fix tracing configuration in debug and nightlies (#3019) 
* Fix tracing configuration in debug and nightlies:

- Debug will now write the logs to disk too.
- Nightly will be able to customise tracing filters.
- Improved the configure tracing and bug report screens.

Element Call ringing notifications (#2978) 
- Add `ActiveCallManager` to handle incoming and ongoing calls.
- Add ringing call notifications with full screen intents and missed call ones as part of the 'conversation' notifications.
