Picks up two strawcore-core commits with no wrapper-side code change: * 7d2e4c5 — drop unused Phase-1 scaffolding (page, metainfo, service) * bfd06d1 — cap attribution_link recursion + Downloader body size Both are surfaced in the .so embedded in this APK; vc bump is the mechanism to get them to fdroid clients already on vc=70.
