Kayos 569c336f1d fix(dao-mcp): vote tool H-3 preflight reads from prop_datum (post-move) ... The H-3 fix in commit a0daadf referenced target.datum.starting_time + target.datum.timing_config after target.datum had already been moved into prop_datum upstream in the function.
