Add support for slash commands (under Feature Flag) (#6482)

* Add support for slash commands

* Update screenshots

* Rename module `slash` to `slashcommands`

* Rename `SlashCommand` to `SlashCommandService`

* Introduce MsgType in order to send text message with a different msgtype value.
