2fefd4e306 In the module :libraries:matrix.api, change the dependencies to: 
- libraries.sessionStorage.api
- projects.libraries.architecture
from `api` to `implementation`.

Modules who need `:libraries:matrix.api` do not necessarily need to use the session storage api.
