The LiveTabItem doc said a past stream's view count is -1 only when the
site shows none. parse_lockup_view_count strips " views" and the k/m/b
suffixes, so outside English it gives -1 as well. Over the 80 UI
languages swept on 2026-10-23 (two channels each), en-GB and en-US read
all 28 past-stream counts, en-IN gave -1 for 23 of 28 ("crore") and the
other 77 languages for all 28. The doc now says so. Doc-only change.
