rename: agent name Sage → Hecate (Cobb pick)

Browse source 
Greek goddess of magic, crossroads (decisions/planning), and herbs.
Three-for-three thematic fit for a meal planner. Internal field names
(sonnet_decision etc) unchanged — those are data, not user-facing.
