Fix api breaks:
...
- `ComposerDraft` now takes a list of media attachments.
- `HumanQrLoginException` has a couple of new cases.
- `Client.loginWithQrCode` now returns a `LoginWithQrCodeHandle`, which we need to call using `scan` to have the same behaviour as before.
