* Make sure we display the empty view if the 'create spaces' FF is enabled
Also, remove the tab and navigate to the chats tab if the FF is disabled and the last space is left

Translations are not located in the current module. They will be imported in the correct module once the current PR with the Localazy config has been merged.
* Add `InvitePeopleState.sendInvitesAction`
Keep track of the progress on sending invites with a new state property.

For my current design, a simple text element is insufficient. I extend
`ProgressDialog` to give more flexibility over the content of the dialog.
